These Terms of Service govern your use of the Moving Services website and the quote and referral services we provide.
Our Role
Moving Services is a licensed household-goods broker. We arrange interstate moving services by connecting you with third-party motor carriers that hold federal operating authority (FMCSA DOT/MC). We are not the carrier that performs your move.
Quotes & Estimates
Estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if actual shipment details (weight, volume, access, services) differ. Your carrier will confirm binding terms before your move.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to review your carrier's documents, including the Bill of Lading and any protection/valuation options, before your move.
Claims
Claims for loss or damage are handled under the carrier's protection terms and our claims process. See our Claims page to begin a claim.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moving Services' liability is limited to the referral services we provide. Carrier performance and cargo liability are governed by the carrier's terms and applicable federal regulations.
